I'm presently sitting in my mom's apartment with the lights out - AGAIN! Whenever it rains, not a storm, the lights go out! Traffic lights all around working. Scared to take elevator because it's out-of-service 50% of the time - even when it's not raining. Staff is FANTASTIC, thus why my mom is still here. They need to update the entire place!
