I've been noticing a lot of unsupervised teenagers and kids from the sketchy apartment community behind, who sneak into the pool area and make a mess and a lot of noise after hours. This apartment has nice amenities and with rent being as high as it is, safety needs to be a bigger priority. This apartment complex needs to get better security and ensure that random people are not getting on the premises and disrupting the tenants here.
I have been loving it here! Great location, best value in Charleston. The train is pretty loud. Update, I've been here since August and things have improved so much. They moved to a different company and there has been so much improvement. Tony From Maintenance Was Excellent and Quick And Efficient!
Angela is absolutely amazing! She was my leasing agent and answered every question, and made me so comfy finding my perfect home. The complex is beautiful and can’t wait to move in!
As a resident, the Merchant has had some consistent issues in the past but they've just hired a rockstar head of maintenance that understands what needs to happen and is walking around solving everything with the wave of a wand. The guy's magic! Thank you, Frank- we've needed you! XOXO
