Difficult, overpriced, and poor property management firm I liked in the Mercer in 2014 and moved into a new apartment in the expansion. While the apartment was nice and the community interesting, the property management firm (Greystar) was impossible to deal with. I moved out early due to the fact that I was not pleased with the quality of the service and decided the community was not for me.
