I’ve been coming to Mercer annex as well as Dewayne Mercer for 20+ years and I would venture to say he’s the best in town. From interesting contemporary haircuts to traditional cuts and color. He’s really an outstanding hairdresser.
Was great again. Troy helps let everyone on the outside see the me I've seen on the inside for years. Also my wife is a big fan of the new look... which is good.
