We have lived at the Merc for seven months and are so very happy to be here. The building is clean, contemporary and well maintained. The management staff is friendly and very responsive. Any concerns I have had, were addressed promptly. The location is walkable to all of downtown Bothell’s restaurants, stores and community services including the Sammamish River Trail.
