Can we start by saying, WAIT, WHAT!? What a cool space! The esthetic and vibe was banging! Then you have the food and drink - delicious! Thr birria egg rolls, crab rangoons and blistered green beans are such delicious apps!! Drinks were quick, tasty and creative. Service impeccable. Can't wait to go back. Do yourself a favor - head there ASAP!
Visiting from Buffalo, NY and hit up The Mercantile for some snacks & cocktails! Fabulous!!! Then out came the noodles!! OMG! Best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had lots of noodle bowls before! Can’t wait to return!! Don’t miss this place; you won’t be disappointed!

Let me start with the only negative thing about my experience, the wait. We waited I think a little over an hour for our food, but it was WORTH it. The staff and owner (I think) were very apologetic, promised the food would be worth it (it was), and we got our drinks comped. The place is beautiful. I’ll be honest - I drove five hours one way to The Merc. I expected to enjoy a good cocktail or two, maybe brave a new dish, and be on my way. I was wrong. All expectations I had were blown out of the water. Dinner Friday was exceptional - the ramen was the best I’ve had to date, the cocktails were not only delicious but fun.
