Great place to live! We have enjoyed our stay here and the location is so convenient, full of culture and great surrounding restaurants. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because we have run into a few maintenance issues along the way, however—Ally, the property manager, has shined bright through every issue we’ve had making the experience very smooth (all things considered). Great place to live! The Mentholatum is conveniently located in Buffalo and the building grounds are kept in pristine condition. The staff and maintenance team are are very responsive and super friendly. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this building to anyone.

I’ve been living here for about a year and can sadly say that this place definitely doesn’t live up to its expectations. Although the apartments are beautiful, we’ve had countless issues in the short time we’ve lived here. The most notable is the heating not working for most of the winter. This apartment is basically a fishbowl and without proper heating, we’ve been enduring frighteningly cold months unable to escape the freezing temperatures outside. Took a loft here, loving it! bike path right out the front door, can be up and down and all over WNY. great bike room and campus is right next door. cool and very interesting places to enjoy a meal or a drink. Mint Mojito, Santasiero's Roost and so many new shops opening up on the upper west side.
