I don't understand why counselors don't call people if they have appointments and for some reason links don't work.... Or you try to get a hold of them two minutes past and they completely canceled you but don't say anything. Do you have appointments set but I haven't heard from your counselor in two weeks. This facility is nearly impossible to work with. The staff is nice, but there are so many weird rules and unclear circumstances that interrupt your treatment. From not being able to get in touch with providers to having no clear communication about certain things, it's not even worth getting involved with them unless it is a last resort. The DBT group is extremely complicated and strict and leaves no room for even a couple mistakes, which feels like it defeats the purpose of trying to help someone in crisis or who needs supp... read more
I was actually doing well in the beginning, when I started to take the medications they had put me on. I unfortunately stopped taking them and I had reverted back into depression again. I fortunately had realized today that I need to get back into the meds.
You guys only get two stars because my counselors are good. On the other hand, the counselors can only do so much with what their company allows to help and when you move out of town they require you to switch counseling and counselors. So after 2 years this time going through them I am left off once again where it was almost all for nothing.
