Jerome doesn’t know how to cut hair and should be fired. He will preach how “communication is key” at least 10 times during your session, not follow through on what you ask him to do, then give you the same botched cut he gives everyone else. Gave scratches on the back of my neck when he used a straight razor. If you guys (management) try to take this down, which I know you do, at least fire him first. No discount taken off, either. I have been coming off and on for a bit. Cleanliness is important and clearly a priority here. Seemless arrival by smiling courteous staff. My regular barber is on maternity leave and I couldn’t get down to see my regular stylist in DC this time. So, it was the luck of the draw. Vahid was kind, confident, and skilled. My husband had the privilege last month. I felt relaxed and safe with his recommendations. A really amazing experience.
