Wouldn't recommend Dr. Brookes for Primary Ovarian Insufficiency or any hormone issues really. It was unacceptable for me to suffer for 2 years straight with severe symptoms, and doing so put me at risk for heart disease and osteoporosis. She is out of date with black box warnings particularly in regards to non-systemic vaginal atrophy treatments. As a 25 year old, it shouldn't have been acceptable for me to bleed and bruise with intercourse and have to wear adult diapers to handle incontinence. My blood pressure and bpm wer... read more
Everyone at The Menopause Clinic has been knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The wait to get to see a Dr. was long, but worth it. The clinic provides a n array of services. Bravo for bringing a much needed area of expertise to Red Deer.
