Dr. Brooks is really kind and calming, I like her a lot. She cares and that is evident. I feel heard and seen here.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my girlfriend for confidentiality reasons. The clinic is years behind the times with collecting information- requiring paper copies. When we were unable to print off due to their system errors, she was made to feel like an inconvenience and was given INCOMPLETE paperwork, which again, at her appointment, was spoken to as if it was her fault. Called to see if I needed a referral from my doctor. The receptionist replied yes and promptly hung up. The hang up was very abrupt. No goodbye or anything. I felt it was extremely rude.
I've been seeing Dr Brooks for 3 years. She has always listened intently to my concerns, and is willing to discuss options for treatment. I feel that the quality of care here is exceptional, and I am so lucky to have her on my healthcare team. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Brooks if you have hormonal concerns or issues. She is the best at what she does. 10/10
