Everyone at The Menopause Clinic has been knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The wait to get to see a Dr. was long, but worth it. The clinic provides a n array of services. Bravo for bringing a much needed area of expertise to Red Deer.
Dr. Brooks is really kind and calming, I like her a lot. She cares and that is evident. I feel heard and seen here.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my girlfriend for confidentiality reasons. The clinic is years behind the times with collecting information- requiring paper copies. When we were unable to print off due to their system errors, she was made to feel like an inconvenience and was given INCOMPLETE paperwork, which again, at her appointment, was spoken to as if it was her fault.
