The staff were very friendly, professional, helpful and quick as possible.
They are understaffed and overworked. It's the only hospital in this city since the other one shut down and they are definitely feeling it, but instead of diverting, they push people out quickly and alot of times, only partially treating patients at the bare minimum level while missing crucial diagnosis and treatment unless you push them to look deeper. Something needs to change quickly.
I have found that if I am nice and friendly and respectful, most others tend to be also! We attract what we give out to the universe. I have always been treated great at this emergency room.
Doctors and nurses all went helpful and nice. I spent almost six hours there and they helped me figure out what was wrong.
