New stylist today, she did a great job!
Made an appointment weeks in advance for my wife's birthday. Received emails to confirm texts to confirm. Got there and was told sorry I have 2 walk ins and to wait. Brutal treatment. I was a returning customer. Never again.

Horrible experience... 2:45 Friday; called to see if I could get an apt. around 3:30. She said hurry up and get here and I'll see if I can get you in. Arrived 10 after 3. One guy in the seat. 3:15 a young guy comes in and wants a trim.... She just went off....
