deadass went to this place twice first time i ask for a lil off the top ended up cutting my whole head off second time i went (today) i asked to keep my bulk he said alright ended up cutting my whole side off just terrible inexperienced barbers

Good haircut but I told Jose (or whoever cut my hair) TWICE during the haircut that I only wanted my edges lined up and I was on a time crunch and he STILL proceeded to give me the full beard treatment and charged me the full amount $20 more than what I wanted and so I had to end up paying for something I didn’t want or didn’t ask for. Extremely dissatisfied, this has happened to me before at this location. Please be careful

I asked for the same haircut I already had, just shorter. It wasn’t understood at first, and I had to show a reference image so the barber could understand what I meant. The result has no clear shape or structure and doesn’t resemble the style I asked for. On top of that, I was cut with the razor during the service, and I’ll be attaching photos. The staff was polite, but if this type of structured haircut isn’t something they know how to do, it would be better to be honest about it from the start.
