Listen, this hotel never lets me down. This is my 6th stay in the last 2-3 years and I love the Memphian. What makes it special besides a convenient location, artsy decor, and wonder rooms is the SERVICE. The staff actually seem to love working there and you can tell it in every interaction. Our check in was so wonderful and smooth with 2 very sweet desk staff members and Billy went above and beyond for every request I made that weekend. Wow. This is a very cool hotel. The hotel has a very nice vibe. From the roof top bar to the champagne vending machine and other little nice touches. Let's start. This looks like a brand new hotel. When you walk in you can feel the comfort. Front desk folks were exceptional. They got me checked in quickly. The gentleman gave me info on the area and restaurants. Parking on premises.
