Recently stayed at the Memphian to celebrate my grandmothers 80th birthday and Sean provided excellent service throughout my stay! He was very attentive to our family and made sure to speak to us and even held the doors open when we arrived back to the hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous but his hospitality pushed me to write this review. He deserves a promotion for sure! Thank you Sean, you made my family feel very welcomed.
Beautiful hotel. My only complaint was the pillows were terrible. Everything else was great. Front desk gentlemen were lovely. Food was great. Very clean. I think the devil made those pillows though.
Great hotel! This hotel was clean and had a great in room espresso maker. Many restaurants around this hotel to choose from. Walk to the Babalu. You won't be disappointed.
