I am very disappointed with the care my husband and myself received at this office. The doctors and staff were consistently rude and dismissive, showing little respects for our concerns. Communication was poor, and there was no sense of urgency or priority in providing us with important results. We never got a call to get our results. We had to find another doctor at another office to give us the results. This is unacceptable behavior. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.
The most unfriendly and unhelpful “ doctors “ I’ve ever met. My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and was in denial that she had it. The “ Neuro scientist “ that did the testing tried to force he to believe in their diagnosis. Instead of just accepting that she was in denial he decided pressure her to believe she had Alzheimer’s resulting in years of panic and heart ache for her.
