As of Oct 2020, if your family member declines, you will only be able to see them when they are a few days away from end of life. I just want to say that the Memory Center is a great place without Covid 19. But what they have done and are doing for their residents during this very stressful time is just amazing. Nothing is perfect and we can't control everything, but this staff and leadership is trying hard to do it all. Thank you to Jennifer and all her staff, nurses, CNPs, activities people, chef, Reggie for all you are doing. My prayers are with you all and my gratitude for all your love and support.
Beautiful facility and friendly staff. Every interaction has been genuine and pleasant. They truly care! I continue to recommend this facility.
