We are so pleased with the Memory Center! Every member of the staff is trained to work with these special adults and are so loving and kind! When looking for support for my in-laws who have been diagnosed with early stage Alzheimer disease, we had a hard time finding an inviting environment which didn't feel "locked in". The natural lighting, open spaces, and beautiful exterior were just what we felt they needed. The staff, the activities, and the environment are hard to beat!
What a special group of people and a wonderful community. You can tell that everyone loves what they do and they are so excited to open their doors and welcome their residents. Johns Creek is lucky to have a place like The Memory Center.
The property speaks for itself. If you haven’t already visited it is definitely a must see!! However, it’s the management and staff that sets this community apart from the rest!!
Communication is extremely horrible
RecommendedThe Memory Center Atlanta is the premier assisted living facility specializing in memory care. The staff is amazing. I started as a volunteer and was very impressed with the facility and the loving care the staff provides for it's residents. I am thrilled to be a part of this amazing staff now. It's an honor and a privilege to work with such great people. The residents are wonderful and I can't help but be proud of the incredible quality of life we provide and the relationships we share with them and their families.
Everything about The Memory Center is fantastic, beautiful and designed for residents with memory impairment. Only the care is what I really look at.. and it is top shelf. Great leadership by RN and clinical staff, best care aides, professional concierge and dedicated to resident care by Executive Director. I’ve met many families and they feel their loved ones are getting excellent care and oversight. I have found the care aides there now are exceptional. Great job MC !
The Memory Center has been an amazing place for my grandpa. Every time I walk into the building, I am greeted by my name. The staff enjoy what they are doing and do it so well. There is never a time I doubted the care my grandpa received because of the respect I received from the employees. The facility is so clean and beautiful, and there are constantly activities for the residents to engage in.
