Food is always great, service is always great. Kris gave us some inside info for some secret menu items that were fantastic. definitely recommend asking for him!
Our waitress was very good. Said no reservation needed but hostess made us feel like we were imposing and there were lots of empty tables. Took us to a very back room with lots of empty tables no atmosphere. It was a birthday treat. So asked if we could have a booth, took us to a booth and then we waited a while before the waitress appeared and apologized that she wasn't told she had another customer
How can you not have exceptional bread with your fondue? There’s a bakery that makes great bread not so far from your restaurant which you could purchase from. The filet and the pork were very good. Raee was an excellent waitress. Restaurant needs a makeover.
I like the food at melting pot, but past time we went the server disappeared for far too long on multiple occasions. Even after saying they would be providing exceptional service since our small party of 4 was there for 2 special occasions. We ended up needing to ask for the check early because we were needing to make it to another appointment even though we gave ourselves plenty of time. They weren't even busy.
Our server-Michelle- was personable and attentive and went above and beyond to make our 25th anniversary extra special. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional!
