Fondue restaurant. Am I supposed to know when the oil is the proper temperature and how to adjust things so it stays at the right temperature? Put food in oil, coatings start to look burned almost right away. Steak is burnt very quickly. New pot of oil comes out but now it's 15 minutes before food even starts to cook. We have been going to this Melting pot as family for many years and regular customers. We do not wait for the occasion because that doesn't come often. The Garden pot is the only food we order, served with a lot of vegetables. Starters - Fruit and veggies and breads and Cheese Fondue. Add Salad - Caesar salad with extra Pine nuts are best.
