I had a great experience at Melt. I responded to an instagram ad and was sure glad I did. This was the fastest and best bayalage service I have ever received. I went from the darkest roots possible to blonde within 3.5 hours.

I fell for the ig add as well, I went there and now my hair is ruined. I showed her pictures of an ashy color, which I already had but she made my hair orange and dark. I went back so she would fix it and just made it worse. Paid over $400 to ruin my hair and second time even paid $55 for a blow dry. Her products are very poor quality, wish I did more research before going there. Now I have to find another place that will be 2x to try to fix it and my hair is so damaged!!!
