I didn’t want to leave a review but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I went in for color and left with some of the most disappointing results I’ve ever had. My roots had harsh, uneven lines, streaks of brassiness, and overall patchy color. The damage was immediate, within days my hair was breaking so badly that I had to cut several inches off to prevent further breakage.
