Oh my gosh, same experience as the last reviewer. I actually pride myself on how well I tend to research before committing and I’m not at all sure how I missed the google reviews, but I did. I have dark brown solid hair, I asked her for a chocolate balayage, she left bleach too long and I ended up honey blonde. Completely different than photo. 3 months later my long hair (bottom of my back) started falling in chunks and I had no choice but to cut it from how fried it was from the bleach. STAY AWAY! My hair turned orange after going to Brittany. Paid $300 and have never in my life had such a horrible experience. She should not be allowed to touch peoples hair.

Saw an add on Instagram, should have known it was too good to be true. She double books/staggers so a girl is developing in foils while placing your foils which is fine, but definitely made it awkward and we had to wait our turn for rinsing and blow dries since it didn’t line up exactly. Would have been nice to have a heads up about that at least. It was painful having the foils ripped from my head. Definitely a menace with the brush especially on just bleached, wet hair. I saw an ad instagram and decided to try it out but it was the worst idea. I wish I would have read all these negative reviews before I agreed to go. My hair has never looked this bad. My hair is very fine, thin and brittle and Brittany charged me $20 each for two extra bowls “she had to prepare” . Plus she only did max. 10 foils. Never saw her prepare more than one bowl of bleach.
