I dont even know where to begin. I want to make everyone aware how everyone has been treated by ********** properties and Melrose Apartments. There was a flood and power went out on the 21st. They were aware of the flooding issue from the first time it happened a few years ago. This time it was worse. An estimated 100 cars were flooded, and we were out of power until the next Saturday because they had to replace the entire electrical system.
