My favorite workout and the instructors are truly the best!
Megaformer was completely new to me a few classes ago, and I was hooked after the first class! The classes are a full body workout every time, and always leave me sore, so I know I’m working hard. Every instructor puts their own spin on every class and is helpful with making sure your form is correct & safe! Lagree is no joke — so glad I found a new workout I love! Thank you Megaformer SM, & special shoutout to Journey for making me laugh during class!
All of the trainers here are AMAZING! I was new to pilates and they've each taken their time to teach me and correct my movements for better results. Highly recommend!
Great studio and great instructors, specifically, Journey! Her workouts are challenging and she pushes (me) to the limit while also reminding you that this is your workout/take it at your own pace. She truly allows you to be on your own “journey”. Bonus - she’s incredibly funny so if you’re crying, they’re happy tears. Thank you for creating a welcoming space while simultaneously kicking my tush!
LOVE Megaformer! Have spent so many amazing days here - great instructors, great classes. I love how much they value mind body connection and nourishing your body :)
