Was so happy to find this studio! I was going to Solidcore, but didn't think it was as full-body as I wanted. This leaves your whole body shaky!! Instructors are great, studio is clean, staff is friendly. I've now added this to my weekly workout split :)
I usually take Journey’s class at Megaformer, and it’s definitely one of my favorite Lagree classes that I’ve taken. I appreciate that the routine changes every time I’ve been so I feel like I’m getting a ton of variety, and Journey also is really good at consistently providing modifications and form corrections, which i find super helpful as someone relatively new to Lagree (and working out in general, lol).
