Called at 8am to reserve a time and let them know how many ppl in our group Showed up 30 min early Waiting hour and half for a kayak shuttle Worker was helping people who came after us and just making us sit

I called ahead of time and they said the last drop off was 3:45, we got there at 3:30, he was out picking people up from their rafting and when he got back at 3:45 he said he was done for the day because he did not feel like doing another group. We drove 3 hours to get here and we are disappointed. Don't recommend.

The folks at Medina River Co. were awesome to work with, relaxed & friendly while also professional. Communication was clear & quick. You can reach them via phone and email. We benefited from their knowledge of the river and its current flows. Awesome place!
