I did an on line order with a designated pick up time. I was disappointed that my order was not ready as designated ... It was supposed to be ready at 5:30 pm and it was handed to me at 5:45 pm... And Nobody offered an apology for the delay. In addition, the pizza toppings seemed to be skimpy... Maybe it's because of thier BOGO promotion, but in my opinion that shouldn't make a difference. This Papa Murphy's location has some issues that need to be addressed... I hope they can learn from this review and correct their mistake... read more

UPDATE I'm taking away my second star. I feel like I have gotten the absolute run around as far as my birth control goes. And I am terrified. I will end up getting pregnant this month because of their runaround. Essentially, if you don't have insurance, they're not filling your prescription "depending on what it is" I called in again 2 days after my previous, to learn that they still hadn't filled my prescription because they assumed without insurance I wasn't going to want to pay $150+ and there's a good chance I will get k... read more
