Forward Monona decided a few weeks ago to go from med boxes to ‘bubble packs’ with no consultation with patients. I requested to stick with the med boxes for several valid reasons, & they were completely unresponsive until after several calls for an answer, which was no. Since they had forced me to pay nearly $40 for med boxes that I only used briefly, I requested several times either the boxes or a refund. Forward Pharmacy has taken such great care of my family since our kid’s medical diagnosis six years ago. We knew that we couldn’t handle going to a chain pharmacy with as often as we would need to go – and Forward Pharmacy came through and then some! All of the staff at the pharmacy were so kind, compassionate, professional, and efficient. Thank you!
UPDATE MARCH 2025: The New Forward Pharmacy is just as good as the previous pharmacy. Eric is now my main pharmacist and is pretty stellar. We had an issue with a "prior authorization" needed for a medication refill but Eric took care of it as best he could. I am glad to go there as I have a lot of prescriptions for ailments being disabled. Thanks.
