Very friendly and helpful staff.
Love Medicine Shoppe, always friendly and have my scripts fast. Also love that they text when its ready. As long as Medicine Shoppes are around, I will NEVER use Walgreens or CVS. Its been such a pleasant experience ever since I switched almost 10years ago. When people complain to me a out the other 2 pharmacies, I always recommend the Medicine Shoppe!
So far it’s been great. Prescriptions are ready the same day or next day depending whether they have medicine in stock. I always call ahead of time to check if my prescription is ready. They’re very friendly and professional and the drive thru is quick.
This Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy is the most professional, well-managed, expertly staffed, and customer friendly operation I have ever used. I have recommended it to all my friends, and if you haven’t been there yet, go. You’ll never go anywhere else again.
Great customer service. We had our prescriptions transferred from a large pharmacy and the customer service difference is amazing. The team does not make me feel I'm bothering them when I actually do have questions and they treat don't you like a "number" just to get back to filling scripts. Honestly, staff don't have the 'dead eye' look where they seem to dread their entire day. I'm very grateful and so glad we switched! *I wish I was better with words!*
