This place was always a good pharmacy with alot of different medical type options apart from the actual pharmacy itself. Now it is merging with the Mesa Pharmacy located in the same shopping center. And both pharmacies are awesome in every way so I'm sure it will be just fine for patients and customers who are having their meds and other items switched over.
With zero prior notice to customers they shut down and the note on the door said they transferred all prescriptions to Mesa Pharmacy who in turn says that it hasn't happened yet. With just a few days prior notice customers could have made arrangements and not missed critical refills. But no prior notice was given, no explanation, just a long line of customers at Mesa being told, "Not yet". Bad business practice, especially for this type of business. Medicine Shoppe corporate will be hearing from us next.
Friendly and your prescription ready when you need it
Rude and unprofessional. You could be sitting in that back waiting area for forever, as they often forget you're there. No software or hardware to call/text/email you the status of your prescription. I don't think I've seen a pharmacy this shoddy.
Only give you half your order if your lucky and when the other half is ready they will charge you aging for your meds and when you call to talk to them they will leave you on hold for a long time and then hang up on you don't go here go to other places and if you want your info private, forget it
