Amazing personal customer service. So much better than the box shops like CVS and Walgreens. Felt like a cared for person
They make people who need their pain medication wait until the 31st day to issue them if they are closed on the 30th day. In this case they are supposed to issue them on the day before they are closed in which case they don't. Because of this my husband suffered to withdrawals for a day and a half
I scheduled a COVID booster a couple of days in advance, specifying the type of vaccine I needed. I left work early the day of the appointment and upon arrival, was told that they “were not doing that kind today”. The clerk promised me that the following day they would be and to come back. I left work again early, arrived at the pharmacy, and was told that they again were not doing that kind. The pharmacist promised the following (third) day they would.
