the staff is very kind and patient. I had a fixable issue with my son's meds. I went in with a good attitude & spoke with a staff that filled his order. We got to the bottom of the confusion. and by the end if my visit I told the ladies no worry I get how it's been in here & I am not all bent out of shape over it. cuz things happen & none of ya need anymore stress. So by the end we were laughing. simple error fixed & I was on my way. Great staff!
Pharmacist tonight was incredibly rude. I don't live in town and after getting the notification my refills were ready, I show up and they aren't. I asked why I wasn't at least called and told 1 wasn't ready, First it was my dr's fault, then it " slipped through the cracks", then or was my fault. This isn't the first time is happened. About 2 months ago I called at 9 am said I'd be there after 3pm, pharmisist said no problem. i get there at 330 and they haven't been touched. I have to wait an additional 45 minutes.
