very helpful They are very helpful and took the time to actually call the doctor when I needed a medication that the other pharmacies did not have.

Thanks for all your help I would like to thank James Jones and his entire staff for their dedication to making a pleasant trip each and every time that me and my family patronize your pharmacy, It's nearly impossible tofind the down home courteous service that we receive each and every visit. It's nice to know that there is some southern hospitality lefthere on this planet.It's also nice to know there is still honorable people left in society. God Bless you all at the Prattville store.

Too slow, never seem to know what's going on The Medicine Shoppe is the slowest pharmacy I've ever used! If I call them about a prescription refill at 10 in the morning I usually have to wait for them to fill it when I come in after 4 in the afternoon. It's a small thing, but it bothers me that they have to ask for my birth date every time I come in even though I'm a regular customer, but another pharmacy I use much less knows me as soon as I come in. I would never use the Medicine Shoppe again if I had any choice.
