I called their office to see if a script was in that needed a PA was in. I heard someone in the background say, "that's the one that keeps calling, tell her it's not in," before they even checked. I called just twice in two weeks. Rude.

Great knowledgeable pharmacist that goes beyond prescriptions..friendly fun staff that knows each customer by name... my experience is always positive..they always try to help me no matter what the problem is..
I have been driving 6 miles away to get my meds at the Walmart Pharmacy. However, I live less than a mile away from The Medicine Shoppe. I brought my prescriptions over to TMS and they matched Walmart's prices. What more can I ask for? O.K., one thing... TMS is closed on the weekends.
I came to the Medicine Shoppe because a competitor pharmacy didn't have the prescription I was looking for. Not only was I out the door in less than 10 minutes but the staff was so friendly. I will definitely be getting all my prescriptions filled here from now on and I would recommend the Medicine Shope in Springboro to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The knowledge of medicines, the service, the prices, the friendliness by staff! I mean come on..these people know my name and they're friendly?!! I will NEVER shop for my family's needs anywhere else!
