Beau and his employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are fast at filling prescriptions and 99% of the time have what you need.
Quickly filled my RX, helpful staff, and great prices! Definitely recommend them over a large chain pharmacy!
Oh my goodness I called to transfer my medications to this pharmacy and the person that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and acted like she couldn’t care less if I was a customer. I’ve had a horrible experience with the Madison street one a few years back but we just relocated to the southside and I thought I would try again but I’ll pass. Overall, the pharmacy does well with carrying medication and with timely fills. Those are the 3 stars. I’ve been a customer for nearly 6yrs and my issue is with the staff there. The young ladies have been working there for so long that it seems they’ve forgotten how far courteous customer service can go. It’s easy to get comfortable but it shouldn’t be obvious to customers. It’s ok to be nice girls, I promise.
