I had an excellent experience at the Medicine Shoppe recently. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend the Medicine Shoppe to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.
The first few visits Mike (the owner) was kind…third time not so much. And Joe (works the front counter) is consistently rude. The Medicine Shoppe in Binghamton (different owners) apologized to me on their behalf.
The good: the first time I went, Mike (the owner) was very kind to me. The second time I went, there was a woman running the store, and she was also very kind to me. The bad: Joe, the employee who answers the phone & works the front counter, has spoken rudely to me since I first started going there. I mean, he is extremely rude at times.
