My first impression here was good. The staff was helpful with getting my prescription filled and transfered from a different pharmacy. However, today was my second time working with the staff here and they were not helpful at all. My provider sent them a prescription that they did not have in stock and they were not helpful with trying to help me find another pharmacy that did have the medication. The ladies working there were incredibly understanding and just all around wonderful people. They were willing to stay open a few extra minutes so i could finish getting my medicine that day and were super helpful with everything, thank you so much!
Best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Basically it’s the exact opposite of corporate understaffed pharmacies with overwhelmed employees and more customers / patients than they can handle. It’s a refreshing change of pace from what I was used to and totally worth the extra mile I have to go out of my way to get there.
