Not helpful guy was rude
Terrible place, avoid if you can. The man screamed at my disabled mother because she brought my wheelchair in asking if they could repair or replace the wheel. I had only purchased the wheelchair less than three weeks prior. He yelled because wheels are not covered under warranty. My work rented me a wheelchair chair after this incident unfortunately again it came from this terrible location and guess what the wheel tread came off in the exact same way. They were again very unfriendly.
I would never use this place, they are Soo rude!! I would use Bedard on Minot ave they were super nice and respectful and helped me with the items I needed after my husband's stroke!!!
I just left this place and let me tell you David a worker ? A owner? Not sure which , he is rude and arrogant. This is my first time ever going here and my last . He has no business dealing with the public. He has zero compassion and a big chip on his shoulder rude for absolutely no reason . This is not my type of human I would not recommend doing business with this company . Anyone who has to order from here has already experienced enough they don’t need his attitude. Not impressed !
