I've been with this pharmacy for years and haven't run into many issues until recently. As other reviewers have mentioned, their "online system" for refill requests has been having issues the past few months. This software issue has caused me to run out of medications on more than one occasion. I'll call in a refill request with what I thought was ample time (two weeks), stop in to pick it up, and surprise! No refill. I ran out of 2 prescriptions two separate times because they are having problems sending refill requests to my doctor. I found this out after I contacted my provider and she said she never received the request. I called the pharmacy and they explained they’re having problems with sending requests to IMA with their new and best out there software. Maybe they should look into if IMA received the request.
