I needed an incentive spirometer and apparently they don’t carry them in any of the pharmacies. They all told me to order one on line, but it would take days to get one. I even tried a medical supply place in Burlington because that’s where my doctor’s office is when I found out I needed one. I called the Medicine Chest and they carry them for less than $10. Everyone there that I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. And now that they’re on Exchange Street, it’s more convenient than Marbleworks.

Very disappointed that I wasn't able to park closer to the building as the handicap parking is far away from building then had to climb alot of steps to get into building.And to use the ramp area is a longer distance to walk to get into the building.I was very winded and having very hard time to breathe when I did get in.prices are more then double for the very same thing at drug store.I will never go back there ever again.

Really frustrating experience to have when your leg is broken in two places. One assistant told me one piece of policy that required I go home without what I needed and come back the next day with a different document, when I came back a second assistant offered what I needed withOUT the same information I was told was required. There was no reason to send me home in pain to make a second trip if it wasn't absolutely required. The contradiction was frustrating.
