Tommy if a great pharmacist but the customer service lacks basic skills on how to properly serve customers making them make multiple trips to pick up medications that are called in monthly and by not checking to see if you have multiple bags of medication. Customer service needs much work. It would also help if you sent only one text that prescriptions are ready so you don't have to make multiple trips and don't give customers fake excuses why it isn't ready. Just tell them the truth and admit you made a mistake.
They are always nice. The pharmacist is always ready to answer questions, and if he cannot answer he will point you in the right direction!
