If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I found this place on google and made an appointment online for this location. When I get there, I'm told the clinic hasn't been open for 5 months. Yet it still shows up on both google AND their website. Someone needs to fix this.
Incorrect hours listed on the website and on their location inside Galaxy Mall. We called ahead to check if the facility was open and were told to come in. However, no one was present at the location. We called back and after waiting for 15 mins over the phone were told that the listed opening hours are incorrect. This is unacceptable for an urgent care.
Warm. Kind. Attentive. Great communication. Quick and professional. I definitely recommend this urgent care if you need one. Dr. Wasserman was a gem and I believe the nurse Felicia was a sweetheart.
Melissa who i delt with was very professional and I thought the overall experience was great!
