I "did the research" and thought I understood the Medicare Supplement options and how they worked, but when I talked with William, I realized I misunderstood a couple of important points. William filled in my knowledge gaps and helped me select and sign-up for the best combination of plans for my situation. I greatly appreciate his help! William was great, going to send my wife to him when it is time for her Medicare decisions. He went the extra effort and spent time researching information for my unique situation (sno-bird) to find the best policy for me. The policies(Gap and D) he found for me were a third the cost of the ones I found for myself. He also has access to companies that are not name/popular brands, which can be better products for less price. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about the whole Medicare world.
