January 24, 2026 I went into the medical store to pick up a few supplies that had been put on hold, and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Some supplies had to be ordered in and that was done very quickly. The manager assisted us and was very friendly. I also noticed they have a great selection of items in store. I heard the manager tell the previous customer about a special on scrubs, buy nine and get the tenth one free. So for anyone who’s looking, this is definitely the place to go.
This store had a great variety of wrist bands and very knowledgeable staff.
The ladies at The Medical Supply Store (Shannon, Tracie, & today Brie) have been supremely helpful. I had some surgeries which left me with an ostomy and throughout I have gotten prompt, professional responses to some very awkward questions. This year, I started getting diabetic foot care (Frances) and I've just begun purchasing ostomy products ...
We took my mother in law here when we were visiting Pickering to pick up a new Walker and a few other items. Absolutely fantastic service from Tracy. Thank you.
