Several years ago when I first had a need for a walker the staff were great I gave them my insurance information and walked out with a walker that day. It’s time for a new one hopefully one with some bigger wheels for sidewalk walking and the seat with storage underneath it. I’m retired from state government but still have my BCBS and now have Medicare too.
Patty has been kind and a professional. My supply order has been incorrect three times and I’m still waiting for the correct supplies. This has been very frustrating and I’m ready to change supplier! The company can call and help me. I don’t believe it is Patty’s fault.
Patty is amazing! Exceptional service, clean and tidy storefront, and a great selection of products on the floor to meet your needs same-day.
