Be very cautious before receiving any treatment at The Medical Spa Henderson. In November of 2018 I received an IPL session with Chris at the helm to address some sun damage mostly on my forehead. The day after the laser treatment I had a raised area of skin on my forehead and called the Med Spa to have it looked at. Chris said it was not an issue and to wait for it to heal over the next week. It never healed. I saw a dermatologist and was told that the instrument had cooked the area under the surface of my forhead!
Bought this place on Groupon and the next week I schedule an appointment after calling them for 5 days straight with no answer no return phone calls I found out their place supposedly flooded and they have still yet in one Slater been able to find a location to open up to ridiculous do not waste your money on Groupon do not waste your money on trying to contact them because they do not answer the phone and they do not call you back when when you finally get ahold of him they're really rude to you don't bother
