If you guess my bed clothes were changed ONCE in 2 MONTHS, that would be TOO MANY TIMES. Asked a woman about something. She said, "I'll tell your nurse." That's strange, because she didn't know my name or what room I was in! Jose, physical therapy, and some others are super. Many are NOT!
Not even worth a 1 star rating, but it's required. Please, please, please, if you care about your family member or friends, do NOT let them go to this facility. It may "look nice" as far as aesthetics, but it is a horribly run facility! My father was sent here from his nursing home after testing + for COVID from employees at his nursing home. I was told he'd be there for 14 days and need 2 negative results to go back. He was ultimately there for 69 DAYS! They kept telling me he was still testing +, their tests would take 7 ... read more
