I have been going to dr Nguyen for almost 2 years now brought my sisters mum and little brothers as well but he refused to sign my declaration form (something that takes 5 mins out of his day if not less) just because he had just reopened from lunch break and didn’t want to deal with it, stated for me to go to a gp even though I’ve shown him that a medical practitioner can also do this (stated on the form requirement) this was very distressing because he’s my family doctor and the only one in the list that has known me for a... read more
I have been a patient at this practice for several years, but I am writing this to express my deep disappointment with my most recent visit. During the consultation, I made a polite request for an extended medical certificate. Unfortunately, the doctor reacted with significant hostility and anger toward me. This behavior was unprofessional and deeply unsettling. Given the negative experiences I have had with this doctor's manner in the past, I will not be returning to this clinic

Best convenient general practice. The doctor always knows the problem without blood tests his a hero. I'm here every month there's no need to make a appointment the walk in system works for everyone here.
