This place is the worst in florida. If anyone is looking for any caring, reliable, knowledgeable doctor, look else were. This place is unorganized, unreliable, unprofessional, and everything else bad. You will never be able to build a patient doctor relationship because every time you go, it's a different doctor seeing you, and it's like starting all over again. Amy Berry was excellent. She was a great listener and had immediate solutions. She was very friendly and kind.
New location in North Point seems quiet compared to the place in Congress before and it’s totally different from the location in Jupiter where you can see many people in waiting. Practitioner here is ok ! If it’s the first time you come here by flowing google map, you need to get attention from the sign in the main entrance where it tells you go back to the north side! Staffs are okay, nothing special !!!
I had an appt today 04/24/2023 When I got there one of the ladies said the dr isnt' here anymore and that someone from their office called me to let me know. NO ONE CALLED ME! The only info Ive gotten is 2 emails confirming my appt!!
Every other provider I have masks except them. None of the office masks and the nurse practitioner refused to put one on after I requested (citing outdated CDC info). I'm around elderly people often and don't want to risk their health. Been here for years and won't be going back.
