The staff was friendly and helpful. The technician explained the purpose of each test and made sure that I was comfortable. Doctor Hall was welcoming. He reviewed the test results and discussed the pros and cons of the different types of lens available. Richard
I was referred to Dr. Maxwell Elia, it was my first visit, my appt. was at the Hanover street location, the staff was professional, efficient and friendly, Dr. Elia was friendly and knowledgeable, he took time to explain things with a smile! I highly recommend The Medical Eye Center and Dr. Maxwell Elia!

From the receptionist to the Tech Jessica, to the rest of Dr XU 's staff very friendly & knowledgeable. Dr Xu was very helpful with explaining the cataract procedure. The office visit went very well. I would highly recommend this office!
All the personnel and the dr were very friendly, courteous, and sincere, making sure I was calm throughout all the procedures, and answered all of my questions in easy-to-understand English!!!
