I like Dr Elia and the staff. They are all so kind and friendly. My mom is 87 years old and they were very patient with her. I asked questions and Dr Elia explained in an easy to understand terms. I never feel like I’m taking up there time. We talk bit and usually get some humorous chit chat as well. I always feel like I’m in good hands and that is why I brought my elderly Mother to Dr Elia.
Professional/friendly/on time, extremely efficient and yet willing to take the time to answer questions and explain procedures. AAA rating.
I was sent to the Medical eye care center for further examination of an issue that I had. I was quite concerned. The staff put me at ease and the office manager who I worked with was so wonderfully professional, caring and patient focused. It was wonderful. Dr Elia is extremely skilled And clearly presented the issues and my alternatives. I highly recommend this office and its staff.
