We are here from Montreal Canada visiting WDW. My granddaughter became ill. Dr.Patel visited our resort room, diagnosed my granddaughter with strep, and got her started on antibiotics so we could enjoy the rest of our trip. Professional, fast, and in the comfort of our room. Here from Texas on vacation and woke up ill. Called the front desk of my resort and found out about this place, which was nice because it meant I didn't have to drive around looking for a walk in clinic, and sit and wait. They informed me of the costs up front and what time frame the doctor would arrive which she was here in that time frame. Was thorough and gave me two shots, breathing treatment, and prescriptions. We are visiting from England and this morning my wife really needed medical assistance due to a very sore and awoken throat and tonsils. We called early in the morning and was given a 12pm appointment. We had a nightmare contacting our insurance provider but a lady in the reception took the details and made all the calls and got everything sorted for us. We had. £75 excess charge and nothing more. My 11 year old had a fever and sore throat that became progressively worse while on vacation at Universal. I called your office and your RN did a consult over the phone, I suspected strep and we were told to come in instead of having a doctor come to us. Your office was 1.1 miles away. We were in the office within 30 minutes. The visit was quick and efficient. The rapid strep came back positive.
