New doctor here is wonderful!! (Sorry if I misspell her name) but Dr. Dontoh is lovely
the doctors clinic the atmosphere was good. the receptionists where very understanding and kind .I got to sit down had to wait see a doctor. which took a while .yet overall great service wonderful staff who did look after me. when. I was sick.doctor was thorough.and checked me over was great at giving me a script for my medication on which I needed .highly recommend them
I am an asthmatic and need to see a doctor to discuss a plan to control it as I am getting some mild attacks and have been told no appointments till February next year unless I would like one on a Saturday (no bulk billing on Saturdays ) have no way of getting to Penola or My Gambier so I guess I'll just put up with the mild asthma attacks and hope it doesn't get to serious and yes staff are rude 😡
This clinic is disgraceful. Had to wait 3 months to get a booster shot for shingles,when l arrived, they did not have enough shot to include me. They then said l wasn,t due to get it for another year, l had my first shot 4 years ago. Also Govt wouldn,t pay for it,allthought it is free as of 2023. I was also booked in to see a Dr ,whom l didn,t ask for, the Dr didn,t even get my booking on her computer, which left her red faced becuse of the untrained reception staff, who l must also say, that they are rude and disrespectful.... read more
Walked in with a swollen face (had to go to chemist for eppie pen) looking for help so I don't stop breathing to be told no we don't want to serve you. Chemist was appalled that this happened.
